The CCL consists of 25 PRO23 member clubs, 12 National League member clubs, 21 Regional League member clubs, and 14 NextGen member clubs. Since 2017, CCL clubs captured: 4 USYS National Championships, 6 National Finalists, 7 National Semifinalists, 8 Region I Finalists – 5 Champions, over 55 Teams Qualified for Region I, 47 VYSA and MSYSA State Champions.
